Musa Ronald Mahange (Pr.Tech.Eng) - Director

Musa Ronald Mahange is a founding member of R Mahange And Associates with 100% shareholder ship. He is Professional Engineering Technologist with more than 15 years of Civil Engineering Experience. He obtained his National Diploma in Civil Engineering and BTech Degree Civil: (Transportation) from the University of Johannesburg. Upon completion of his studies in the year 2001 he Joined MPA Consulting Engineers as a Technician. He progress with his career to the level of a Senior Technician within MPA Consulting Engineers with the following Responsibilities: site supervision, project management, document compilation, tender adjudication, site surveys, report writing, design of water and sewer infrastructures, roads and stormwater and other municipal infrastructures. The client ship included Johannesburg Water, City Parks, ACSA, Department of Public Works and other private clients.

In 2008 he joined Semenya Furumele Consulting as a Civil Technologies where he was responsible for the overall project management of various projects for the following clients: Johannesburg Water, Department of Public Works and other private clients under his employ. He was then Employed by Eskom in 2009 where he held a technical managerial post at Medupi Power Station construction. His responsibilities include among others: the management of a Site Civil Engineering team Consisting of Consulting Engineers, Laboratory and Eskom Engineers responsible for Construction Monitoring.
Among some of his responsibilities was to co-ordinate, plan, organize, control all site based design issues. The duties include the responsibility of overall site monitoring on all Civil Engineering designs, ranging from Structural Concrete, Civil infrastructures (roads, sewer, stormwater),earth work and Dams. That include facilitation of the gathering of the data books for the certification of the works and commissioning, resolving of design issues, management of site design team, scoping and other Engineering related requirements. In 2012 he registered his own civil engineering practice (R Mahange and Associates (PTY)Ltd) specializing in civil Engineering and project management. His new responsibilities include the overall managerial oversight of most project in his firm. R Mahange and Associates has staff compliment of over Ten (10) Full time employees and five employees on part time basis. Among some of the client ship include: Johannesburg Development Agency, Gauteng Department of health, COMDEV, DED, Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality and ABSA Bank.
